All content provided by Vaultline — including strategies, educational material, branding, and written content — is the proprietary property of Vaultline. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.

Payments & Subscriptions

All fees are clearly listed on the website and are subject to change. Vaultline charges a one-time membership fee and a monthly recurring subscription based on your capital tier. There are no performance-based fees. Subscriptions may be canceled in writing before the next billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable once processed.

Risk Disclosure

All trading involves risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Vaultline makes no guarantees of results or performance. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and any use of Vaultline’s tools or strategies.

Termination

Vaultline reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or suspicious activity.

Limitation of Liability

Vaultline is not liable for financial losses, technical issues, broker errors, or damages arising from the use of our platform or any associated services.

Modifications

Vaultline may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Membership and Billing

Vaultline is a private membership-based financial education and market strategy platform. Your membership grants access to proprietary content, private community tools, onboarding resources, and exclusive affiliate opportunities. (1)The $500 one time membership fee is non-refundable. (2)Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew each month. (3)You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. (4)Vaultline does not guarantee any specific financial outcome or return, and all strategy access is provided for educational purposes only.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any one-time or subscription-based charges, including: (1)Membership fees (2)Monthly recurring dues (3)Affiliate program participation (4)Access to premium tools, strategy briefings, or Discord/Circle-based resources. Exceptions may be granted in cases of duplicate billing, fraud, or proven unauthorized charges.
